There are two benchmark datasets which are Cross-validation set and Independent test set for experiment. Cross-validation set is used for cross validation which contains 2503 GPCR sequences and 2860 non-GPCR sequences. Independent test set is used for independent test which is consist of 626 GPCR sequences and 715 non-GPCR sequences, and each element in Independent test set can’t be found in Cross-validation set.
